The weather in Arizona doesn’t get better than Spring. If I had gotten married in this beautiful desert, an outdoor affair in April would have been an absolute must. This year, our spring season was cut short quickly by the pandemic. My heart has truly been breaking for all my brides and grooms. We have been working like crazy to reschedule their wedding days, while doing our best to hold tight to their dreams.

With all this craziness, I’ve been finding relief in what pushed me towards this business in the first place—love and lovely spaces. The community of vendors I work with has been incredible. They have been beyond understanding and accommodating. Each and every one, has offered solutions without hesitation, showing nothing but love for my couples.

My couples have been unimaginably kind to me. All have offered words of support for both me and my business, despite going through their own struggle. In a world that has literally become infected, all I’ve been receiving is love.

Deep in social distancing myself, there are still moments that feel overwhelming. I’m finding relief in design. I’ve been able to dive into projects that have been on the back-burner, both personally and professionally. I have been spending my time building something new for my business, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it.

In celebration of this new found inspiration, I wanted to post one of my spring shoots from last year. I partnered with Ryann Lindsey Photography and the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia to create something beautiful.

Wedding planning and design will always be my passion, especially in someplace as beautiful as Arizona, but today I just want to share a little beauty. That seems to be what we all need right now.
