I have created a planning process that is seamless and streamlined—making it easy to plan your wedding anywhere in the world. From our first meeting, to the day of your wedding, the process will be easy and stress-free.

OUR FIRST MEETING
The southwest is full of absolutely stunning wedding venues. The quantity can be daunting and the pressure to act quickly is overwhelming. From the beginning, I work closely with my couples to determine their needs and find their perfect event venue. As your wedding planner, I am on your side—an advocate in your corner, and I will fight for you throughout the planning process.
At our first meeting, we will discuss every part of your vision. I will learn about your style, budget, and guests. We begin constructing your perfect day before we even sign a contract. I will walk you through our timeline and your planning experience leading up to your wedding day.
02. ALL THE DETAILS
A perfectly harmonious event is made up of so much more than blooms and bridesmaids. Although I want your wedding to be visually stunning, the most important detail is the experience. I work closely with my couples to organize all the logistics that go into their wedding day. Together, we discuss every moment, so you and your guests look back on your wedding with happiness and joy.

DESIGN
Every inch of your wedding will be thoughtfully designed by Details by Molly Donovan. I source and partner with expert vendors in each location, but your design and vision will always be completely custom and constructed by me.
A custom design board will be delivered to you and your love, and easily shared with friends and family. Every detail will be curated to match your dreams. Details are my strength, and every piece of your wedding weekend will feel highly designed.
04. YOUR WEDDING DAY
It is finally here! It takes hours of prep to create and execute the perfect wedding day (or weekend), and you deserve to enjoy it. My team and I will oversee every aspect of your wedding. From beginning to end, we will make sure that everything is executed flawlessly. Bad weather? No problem! We will have a plan in place and take care of everything. You and the love of your life will be free to soak up every minute of your day!
